Good quality meat comes from good quality producers, and good quality producers know how to raise the cattle and accommodate for the natural diets for their livestock. In the case of cattle, their natural diet is grass, which is why grass fed beef is the best type for humans to eat.

However, grass fed beef has plenty of nutrients and is extremely healthy for humans; grass fed meats have at least two times more healthy fatty acids than grain fed meat.
