Our butchery team have over 80 years experience between them when it comes to supplying the catering industry. All our butchers are skilled in the art of portion cutting and we can consistently source and cut to any requirements the customer has.
We’ve won over 25 National Awards for the quality of our meat and meat products. Our meat comes from locally sourced, naturally fed livestock from farmers who share the same ethos as ourselves about producing meat to the highest possible standards.
We have our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles which deliver regularly to the Lancashire, Manchester, Cheshire and Liverpool area. We also have capabilities to distribute throughout the UK.
We supply prestigious accounts such as the Eagle and Child, Ramsbottom, winner of the ‘Best Sunday Lunch, UK’ 10th Observer Food Monthly Awards 2013 and Winner ‘Best Food Pub’ Manchester Food and Drink Festival, 2014.
