Based at Swainson House farm in the picturesque village of Goosnargh, Reg Johnson has slowly built up a reputation with some of the best chef's in the UK for producing top quality poultry.
Originally asked by Paul Heathcote to produce the English equivalent of the famous poulet de Bresse , Reg now regularly sends his poultry to London to supply Borough market and the best restaurants in the capital.
The corn fed chicken breasts are succulent and full of flavour a must try for anyone who loves their chicken.
