The Albert’s Essentials box contains a great selection of every day cuts from our award winning range of meat and poultry. Inside the box you get four of Reg Johnson’s famous Goosnargh chicken breasts, six of our multi Great Taste Award Winning Albert’s Originals sausages made from rare breed pork, 1 kg of lean mince and diced beef made using our 35 Day, dry aged Galloway beef, 500 grams of great taste award winning dry cured back bacon made using our own special cure and finally a selection of either a 1 x 1.25kg Topside Joint cut from our 35 Day Aged Galloway beef , a 1 x 1.5kg boneless pork leg joint taken from our rare breed pork or a 1.3kg Goosnargh Chicken. All the cuts are delivered fresh so can be frozen if required.
