Our sirloin steak is cut from Galloway Beef that are naturally reared in the Forest of Bowland. Being a native breed means the cattle are more hardy and can be wintered out grazing on the local moorland allowing them to mature slowly and develop great flavour. Sirloin steak is a favourite as the marbling in our beef gives excellent flavour combined with the tenderness of our 28 day dry aging process. For best results the steak needs to be cooked quickly on a high heat using a griddle,frying pan, hot grill or BBQ.
