Rare Breed, Grass Fed and 28 Day Dry Aged to give excellent flavour and tenderness.
Availability: In stock
Serves: 2 Servings
Our sirloin steak is cut from Galloway, grass fed cattle, that are naturally reared in the Forest of Bowland a designated area of oustanding beauty in north Lancashire . Being a native breed to UK means the cattle are more hardy and can be wintered out grazing on the local moorland allowing them to mature slowly and develop great flavour.
Sirloin steak is a favourite as the cut has natural tenderness and superb flavour from the natural fat marbling. We then improve the flavour and tenderness further by using our special 28 day dry ageing process. For best results the steak needs to be seared quickly on a high heat using a griddle, frying pan, hot grill or BBQ.
