The most luxurious of all the steak cuts. Our fillet steak is cut from our 35 day dry aged, grass fed, Galloway beef. Already with great marbling and incredible tenderness we age our fillet on the bone in our special Himalayan salt ageing chamber (click here for more info) which helps it develop even more flavour and tenderness.
Our skilled butchers then carefully trim away any excess fat and portion to give you the perfect steak. Ideal for Grilling, pan Frying or barbecuing.
