The bbq hamper contains the perfect selection of Albert Matthews meat and poultry for anyone planning a barbecue.
Inside the hamper you get some of our award winning, pork sausage made using Albert Matthews's original recipe which is over 73 years old. Prime shoulder of free range, Gloucester Old Spot, rare breed pork is ground and mixed with our secret blend of the finest herbs and spices. The care and attention put into making the sausage has allowed us to win numerous awards including gold stars at the 2007, 2010 and 2011 Great taste Awards and it also the most popular sausage in our shop.
The 35 day salt aged rump steaks are cut from local, Galloway beef that has been aged for a minimum of 35 days in our unique Himalayan salt ageing chiller.
The burgers are also made using locally sourced, Galloway beef which is mixed with our own special recipe seasoning
The chicken drumsticks and thighs are cut from British, quality free range chicken and you can choose from a selection of marinades including our special Ray Lampe (US BBQ Champion) Rub.
Finally the pork steaks are cut from free range, Gloucester old spot pork which is full of flavour and again a selection of marinades is available to coat them
