We are very proud of the numerous Great Taste Awards our sausage and bacon have won over the years and what better way to try how good they are but in a traditional full English Breakfast.
Our sausage are made from Albert Matthews's original recipe which is over 73 years old, prime shoulder of free range, Gloucester Old Spot, rare breed pork is ground and mixed with our secret blend of the finest herbs and spices. The result has been awards given at 2007, 2010 and 2011 Great taste Awards and it also the most popular sausage in our shop.
Our bacon is made using naturally reared, Gloucester Old spot, rare breed pork. We do all our own dry curing and slicing. This bacon is a traditional dry cure it is matured for a month before slicing to give it a unique flavour. Awards - Numerous regional and Great Taste Gold Star awards 2009 & 2010 awards
To accompany our sausage and bacon we have also included Chadwick's original Bury Black puddings from Bury Market. Chadwick's have been selling black puddings on Bury Market since 1929 and are considered by most to be the best black puddings in the country.
