Why do our sausages taste so good and how have we won so many awards? It's Simple! If you use the best ingredients together with our heritage recipes you make sausage that stand out from the rest. Our Albert's Original sausage seasoning which is used in most of our sausage was developed almost 75 years ago by our founder Albert Matthews it took years to refine the recipe to get the right balance of herbs and spices.
