This bone in joint is from the rib end of the loin and is prepared for easy carving . Our rare breed pork comes from Gloucester Old Spot & Saddleback pigs. Reared specially for us on a local Lancashire farm. This pork has a little more fat than normal and has the most wonderful taste with amazing crackling!
