Cut from the boneless pork loin these steaks are full of flavour and perfect for grilling or pan frying. Our rare breed pork comes from a selection of Gloucester Old Spot & Saddleback breed pigs reared specially for us on a local Lancashire farm in the beautiful Forest of Bowland. Our pork carries a little more fat than normal supermarket pork because we want it to taste amazing and not dry out!
