Taken from our naturally reared, rare breed, Galloway beef the ribeye roast is the perfect roasting joint. The cut is the centre muscle taken from a rib of beef, its natural marbling means it is packed full of flavour and exceptionally easy to carve.
All our ribeyes are matured on the bone as ribs of beef for a minimum of 35 days in our unique Himalayan salt ageing chamber (click here to read more) prior to prepared by our skilled team of butchers.
