Salt Marsh lamb has really grown in popularity over the last few years mainly from various celebrity chefs championing it's unique flavour on television. This has caused a problem as supply is limited due to the unique environment it has to be reared in so anyone lucky enough to get hold of it should really savour this fantastic meat
