With limited availability across the UK we are very pleased to be able to offer our customers new season salt marsh lamb. Salt Marsh lamb is a much sought after product by chefs and foodies across the country. The lamb develops a unique flavour from grazing on the salt marshes in coastal estuaries that supports a range of salt-tolerant grasses and herbs such as samphire, sparta grass, sorrel and sea lavender. Our Salt marsh lamb comes from the picturesque marshlands of Kirkby in Furness and we are fortunate to have secured a supply of these lambs from farmer Paul Coward at Cart House Farm.
