Sirloin makes an excellent roasting joint and is ideal for special occasions. It is easy to carve and presents well, by nature the cut is almost as tender as fillet but has more flavour.
We age are sirloins for a minimum of 35 days in our unique salt ageing chamber (click here to find out more) which creates a joint of uncompromising tenderness and flavour.
